KY Tenants

KY Tenants is a tenant-led organization fighting for a Kentucky where everyone has safe, high quality, affordable housing. We know that too often, landlords don’t take care of our homes and charge too much in rent, banks and the real estate industry cause homeownership to cost too much, and our government takes the side of the people causing the problems in our homes. So, we bring tenants together to fight for changes to improve our quality of life, by making housing more affordable, safer, and higher quality, and bringing it more into the community’s control.
